HOMEBUYER & CREDIT EDUCATION (HCE)

Are you looking for an opportunity to buy, leverage, or sell your home?

We can help. Our comprehensive program will help you understand the fundamentals and keys to the process of buying, selling refinancing, or getting an equity loan from your home.

Why Do You Need This Training?

Homeownership is the most critical decision a family can make because it involves the greatest liability that can positively or negatively impact the financial stability of the buyers.  Homebuying is different from buying furniture or a car, especially because of the amount of money involved and the type of obligation it ties the buyer to.
